Leading While Learning in an Age of AI: Practical Guidance and Policies

This webinar focuses on providing practical guidance and policies for developing the enabling conditions for AI literacy in classrooms, schools, and education systems.

We will look at the opportunities and risks of AI in education, use cases and their ethical concerns, and popular AI tools that are being used in classrooms.

The session will emphasize the importance of establishing an AI education task force, promoting AI literacy in curriculum instruction, providing professional development for all staff, and supporting research and development.

Leaders will learn how developing guidance requires aligning AI education with existing goals and ensuring equitable access and ethical use of AI in education. Examples will highlight the early implementation of AI in education.

By the end, participants will gain actionable insights and practical recommendations for creating AI-ready classrooms, schools, and systems.
